What counts as one run?
A run is one execution of a test. Accept All, Reject All, and GPC are three tests, so three runs. A suite of three tests uses three runs. A got pixels? audit execution is still one run. Chat is free.
When do credits become available, and when do they expire?
Annual plans receive the full yearly allotment at the start of the paid year, and you can use those runs anytime during that year. Monthly allotments reset on the calendar month (UTC) and do not roll over. Additional 10-run packs apply to that same window (the current calendar month, or the current paid year) and do not roll over. Unlimited does not sell run packs.
What happens when a run fails?
If a run fails for a technical reason before it completes, we restore the credit. A completed run that finds issues still uses a credit.
What does every paid plan include?
Composer, evidence screenshots, reports, PDF and Markdown export, sharing, API and MCP access, and scheduled runs.
What does “Unlimited runs” mean?
Unlimited is for one person: hosted browser and AI tests with no run-count cap, limited to 5 concurrent runs. It does not include an organization. It is not a custom bulk, on-prem, or unbounded automation contract.
Why would someone need Enterprise?
